2021 ApHC/ CRHA Gelding

Just Imagine It “Tex” is a CRHA/ApHC buckskin gelding born on 3/6/21.  Sire:  Imagery  Dam:  Cuter Than U.  Donna had decided she wanted a colt to show at the Worlds.  She called Michelle Moore of Northwood Stable to ask how many foals she had coming, where they for sale and when were the mares do.  This was on a ride to go out to eat at Texas road house.  Michelle said she had 3 mares do and a couple were close.  While eating a friend saw on her phone that one of Michelle’s mares had just foaled.  When Donna saw the picture of the little buckskin colt with all the chrome, she called Michelle and said they would be there the next day as he was exactly what she was looking for.  You could say he was sold pretty much at birth.  Will came up with his barn name which was quite fitting since they were in Texas Road house when he was born and the goal was to take him to Texas for the World Show.

Erin came up with is registered name, which is just perfect. Plans were set in motion to send him to Mike Sheaves Show Horses in W.V. for fitting and prepping for the World Show.  Mike did an awesome job with Tex.  He went to Lexington VA to the East Coast Halter Futurity where he was Champion Jr. Weanling Stallion.   Next he headed to the Appaloosa World Show in Fort Worth Texas where Erin showed him in the Non Pro classes and Mike in the Open.  We knew how tough the competition would be but Tex showed like a champ. We were more than thrilled with his placings.  In 2022 plans are to show him in halter, lunge line, hunter in hand and yearling in hand trail.
